Eligible for Refund:
- Wrong or defective item received
- Equipment damaged in transit
- Order canceled within 12 hours
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible:
- Used or assembled equipment
- Clearance items
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., resistance bands, mats)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the
returned item is received and inspected.
